Dachangjiang Ranks First in Motorcycle Sales in March Author: chinamotor - Source:CHINAMOTOR - Time:2010-06-19     Font size: A A A According to the statistics from the China Association of Automobile Manufactures, Dachangjiang ranked No. 1 in motorcycle sales in March; the sales of top ten motorcycles manufactures all showed signs of increase in comparison with that of February. The report was released on April 23 by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), the CAAM carried out a survey to find out that the top ten motorcycle producers in sales in March of 2010 are Dachangjiang, Loncin, Zongshen, Lifan, Jianshe, Northern Enterprises, Qianjiang, Jialing, Guangzhou Motorcycle and Guangzhou Dayun; these 10 motorcycle producers all showed signs of growth from a month earlier; in comparison with the same period in 2009, three of them had sales decrease and the rest 7 of them showed different degrees of growth, especially the Northern Enterprises, Guangzhou Motorcycle and Guangzhou Dayun with an increase of over 25%. The total sales volume of the above 10 motorcycle producers was 1.3332 million units in March, accounting for 56.46% of the total motorcycle sales.
